It's time to start the countdown to the bikini
season. It is worth using the few months that are left until the holidays
to throw off the "donut" and work out the wasp's waist. Fasting,
fat-burning supplements, or other magic tricks for a "flat stomach in 2
weeks"? We know better methods. Here are the best strategies to
get rid of unnecessary ballast for good and the fastest way to melt away some tummy Fat!
Where does this fat come from?
If we get fat, the body tends to store energy
reserves in unusual places. One of them is the abdomen and waist
area. Fat gradually accumulates more and more under the skin in extreme
cases, causing visceral obesity.
We need a certain amount of adipose tissue because, among others, stimulates the
immune system, protects against heat loss, and is deeply located,
i.e. visceral fat, in. visceral - covers the heart, lungs, liver, and other organs, which
provides them with cushioning against injuries. On the other hand, excess
visceral fat in the form of obesity can result in high blood pressure, type 2
diabetes, cardiovascular disease, dementia, and an even greater risk of breast
and colorectal cancer. It can be assumed that the more fat we have around
our belly, the more visceral fat we have under the skin. That is why a
healthy lifestyle and the reduction of excess fat, including the "belly",
not only promotes beauty, but also health.
Shorter but more intense training.
Fat likes
idleness. According to this, the basis for getting rid of unwanted bacon
is regular physical activity. Importantly, not every type of training will
help you reduce fat. It is impossible to burn fat in a specific part of
the body, e.g. by exercising crunches. In this way, we will strengthen the
muscles that will be hidden under the layer of fat anyway. Fat burns
evenly from all over the body. That is why it is worth choosing the
activity that burns fat most intensively, of course adjusting it to your
abilities and health condition.
The best solution here will be strength
training(all exercises with weights, such as lunges, and squats) combined
with aerobics, e.g. running, swimming, stepper, and rowing machine. An
effective way to get rid of fat is also HIIT (High-Intensity Interval
Training), which involves alternating periods of intense exercise with moderate
exercise or rest. In this form, we can practice fitness, run (sprint-walk), and even step up the effort on devices such as cross trainer, jump rope, or bicycle. As this type of training increases the metabolism of fatty
acids even up to several hours after training, this way we can burn up to 3
times more body fat than in aerobics alone. According to the journal Cell
Metabolism, intense training sessions can activate the body to an increased
metabolism.
A balanced diet, but not fasting.
Even the best training will do nothing if it is not
followed by a proper diet. There is no magic diet for a slim
stomach. You need to lose weight to get rid of belly fat, but not by
starvation. However, it is worth limiting the consumption of trans fats
and processed simple carbohydrates (e.g. refined sugar, cakes, sweets, and white
bread). Before going out big, let's also reduce the consumption of
products such as cruciferous vegetables, legumes, wheat-based products,
carbonated drinks, and dairy products - they are difficult to digest and cause
flatulence. Even if we have a flat stomach, e.g. due to a good metabolism,
we may have harmful visceral fat that depends on bad eating habits.
It is best to introduce not a hunger strike, but
the so-called caloric deficit. This is the number
of calories you need to consume each day to lose kilograms. There are
calculators on the web that will tell you how many calories you need to reduce
your daily menu when you enter your dimensions and useful for the fastest way to melt away some tummy Fat. The diet should be varied
and contain the right proportions of carbohydrates, protein, and fats, as well
as fiber. According to research, people who consume min. 10 grams of
soluble fiber a day ensure better fat burning. This amount of fiber is

beans. When consuming fiber, it is worth remembering to replenish fluids -
at least 2 liters of water a day.

others, metabolism and body weight. One study found that people
who slept about 7 hours a day had less visceral fat than those who slept less
than 5 hours. Sleep and rest also reduce the harmful effects of
stress. We produce cortisol under stress.
- This is the so-called stress hormone
that stimulates abdominal fat to build up and reduces muscle
mass. Cortisol increases blood glucose levels and inhibits the secretion
of insulin, which regulates this level. Therefore, the long-term presence
of this hormone makes it difficult to burn fat and store it at the same time -
explains Dr. Tomasz, a specialist at Lipo line Clinic in Katowice. To minimize stress, it is worth including in your daily routine,
e.g. sports, walking, and meditation.
